Pennsylvania Chapter Rules

1. All members shall be at least 21 years of age or older.
2. All members operating a motorcycle during a club sponsored event shall at all times be in possession of a valid motorcycle drivers’ license, current registration and insurance certificate.
3. All members shall abide to the traffic and road regulations by the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
4. Any member who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs while participating in any club ride or event shall be asked to immediately surrender their club colors.
5. At no time shall any member demonstrate dangerous or willful negligence of motorcycle operation that will or might present a danger to others.
6. Colors shall be worn to all club sponsored rides and events.
7. ECBC PA shall cancel or suspend any membership due to disrespect to the club colors and or toward any other member. (If necessary) release of club colors from member is immediate.
8. It is at the discretion of ECBC PA to cancel, postpone or delay any ride or event due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen reason. Please keep in mind there are safety issues regarding bad weather that play a key factor into canceling, postponing or rescheduling a ride or event as well.
